During the COVID-19 pandemic, some of the whisky distilleries will not be operating their Whisky Tours but will be doing tastings only. These will be by appointment only and booking these will be necessary.
Also some castles will not be open to the public, but their grounds and gardens will be open to the public.
We will endeavour to change our tours to cope with these changes. For this reason we would advise that you contact us prior to booking a tour, so that we can advise on the current situation on access to the attractions mentioned in the tour.

Our tours mainly run during the summer season, Easter - October 31st, focusing on Whisky, Castles and Heritage.
We do run some tours out of season. Please note some of the distilleries, castles and other attractions close when the season ends. Therefore some tours will not be available or can be adapted reflecting the seasonality.
We have tours that run especially outside of the season such as Stargazing, where it even might be possible to see the Northern Lights!
We will take bookings for 1 Day Tours up to 24 hours before day of departure, however, this needs to be booked over the phone. The online reservation is open up to 48 hours before departure.
We will take bookings for Multi Day Tours well in advance, we recommend that you book at least 21 days before departure if it's a late booking. It might not be possible to accept late bookings due to administrative procedures and costs, especially during the high season - April 1st to September 30th.
We recommend booking in advance so as to avoid disappointment as our tours could sell out.
Yes, we are happy to accept groups on our tours with a maximum of 6 passengers. All our tours are private tours, so only your party will be on it.
We can also arrange a bespoke tour for your party for up to a maximum of 6 passengers, due to COVID-19 measures.
We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Discover, Union Pay credit cards and Google Pay, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay.
Bank Transfers are also accepted. Please contact us for this payment method.
We can also accept payment on the day by any of the cards mentioned above.

We are happy to welcome anyone from the age of 3 years old and above on some of our private tours, for example Castle and Sightseeing Tours.
Tours that include distilleries and breweries, due to the nature of the tour, there is an age limit of 18.
The majority of our tours are delivered in English. Some of the tours can be spoken in Brazilian Portuguese with an experienced Brazilian host, by arrangement only.
The size of our vehicle on our tours, allow us to carry one piece of luggage per passenger equivalent to 15 kg per person.
Our tours are not strenuous physical activities tours, the castle tours and coastal landmarks could involve a little walking across grass fields, so we would recommend you wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and a jacket is always advisable.
Some tours such as the Isle of Skye and the NC500, will require good walking boots as these will require quite a bit of hill walking.
We advise do not wear flip flops, ballerinas, high heels and sandals.
We supply water and some small snacks free of charge. But feel free to bring your own snacks and fluids.
Most places accept credit/debit cards, however, we highly recommend you to have some cash on your person as you cannot always rely on the internet access in the Highlands.
Don't forget your camera!
We will pick you up and drop you off, from your home, office or hotel. We can also arrange to pick you up from train stations in between Inverness and Aberdeen, but there is a extra charge for Inverness and Aberdeen train stations, please call or email for details.
All tours generally start at 08:00.
Yes. If you require an airport transfer to a hotel prior to a tour, you can book this online along with your tour of choice, please note that depending on your hotel location there will be different fees. Please contact us for further details on costs.
If you require a hotel pickup within Morayshire for a tour, this is free of charge. If outside Morayshire there will be a charge.
Tours start at 08:00.
Our tours do not include any meals, just the free snacks and water, but our tours will include stops for meals, if on a full day or multi day tour.
The restaurant meals or drinks purchased by yourselves are not included in the price of the tour.
